The dNbarcade was established in 2005 by an artist known as Game. A month or so later he met Balistics through a mutual friend, Inferno. Game & Balistics then began working together on what is now the longest-running electronic music show in Taranaki. At that time Balistics was in charge of running the tunes & Game was on the mic. As time passed Game moved on to another part of the country & Balistics took full control.
Many years passed, & as the sound of drum & bass rang throughout the Taranaki airwaves the show began to obtain a cult following from the regions underground music fans. In 2010 Balistics began working in conjunction with two of his close friends, Victim & Tane Manu. With Victim bringing his unique style of dance-floor drum & bass, & Tane Manu bringing the bass heavy sounds of dubstep, it was clear that this was a combination that could not fail. Both of these invaluable members of the crew had added a new feeling, flavour & a new dimension to the show.
Today, 14 years later, The dNbarcade still continues to receive a huge amount of support from Taranaki locals & people abroad alike. Balistics & Tane Manu will continue to grace the Taranaki airwaves with quality drum & bass & dubstep for many, many years to come.
