BBQ battle, King of the Mountain 4, East End Reserve, 9am-6pm, Saturday, August 12

Forty of New Zealand best low ‘n slow BBQ teams battling it out over four categories: chicken, ribs, pork, and brisket. On the day there will be food vendors and live demonstration stage and stalls selling rubs/sauces/meats/barbecues.
