Friends Fabulous 50th
We’re thrilled to announce that the Friends 50th party is back, and you’re invited to be part of this fabulous event!
After our first two attempts were rudely interrupted by a global pandemic, we’re looking forward to getting together and celebrating 50 wonderful years of the Friends’ supporting the Govett-Brewster
.
The Friends of the Govett-Brewster Art Gallery/Len Lye Centre have been around since 1971, and since then have supported, promoted and advocated for the Gallery and given our Friends the chance to be part of its remarkable story.
As a Friend (or a Friend of a Friend) we invite you to join us to celebrate this milestone, among Friends and in true fabulous Friends’ style.

Your ticket includes music, nibbles, two complimentary drinks followed by cash bar, and loads of fun – with proceeds helping the Friends support the Gallery, as we have for 50 years!
