Aptly described as ‘like The Bats on just the right amount of red bull’, Cowboy Dan continues the New Zealand tradition of jangly, happy-sad music. Chiming guitars, upbeat rhythms, and a healthy dose of distortion are at the forefront as they craft their unique brand of alternative rock.

Fresh off the 2025 release of their debut full-length record, Dreams That Feel Like Falling  the Tāmaki Makaurau rockers are hitting the road once again. They return to New Plymouth as part of their July 2026 Aotearoa tour, bringing a frenetic live set that balances warmth and sincerity with brashness and overdrive.
