Return of the Infamous Love Songs

Taranaki singer-songwriter Andy Bassett and Northland vocalist Sheri O’Neill met online in April 2020, curing the Covid-19 lockdown. Within two weeks, they had recorded a remote duet – “Touch” – and shot an accompanying video. Over the following 12 months they worked, separately and together, to build a repertoire they dubbed Infamous Love Songs, which they debuted in April 2021, at the Cafe Green Door in New Plymouth. And now they’re back for more. A chance to catch some of the same songs again (or for the first time, if you missed the April show) and a few new ones.

With local singer-songwriter Emily Riordan once more opening the show, this will be another special, intimate evening of music in a relaxed café environment. Come along for a drink, a snack, dessert, or a full dinner.

If music be the food of love, play on.
