Head along to the park to catch an exciting game of one-day cricket in the historic NZC Hallyburton Johnstone Shield, toss at 10am, gates open shortly beforehand and you’re free to sit anywhere in these beautiful terraces that let you enjoy the action up close

Bring a picnic lunch or sun umbrella if you like, there won’t be food trucks at this game – but the Tea House on the Lake is just one minute up from the top gate for coffee and food and ice cream… yum.
