Late for Live Drawing

Formed in 2019, this art-rock four-piece is based in Ngāmotu New Plymouth and known for outlandish costumes, spontaneous outdoor gigs and getting the audience up and dancing.
Music inspired by the eclectic backgrounds of members Peter Heard (guitar, loops and effects, vocals), David Le Fleming (drums), Che Rogers (bass) and Suraya Sidhu Singh (piano, vocals), drawing on sources as diverse as New Zealand poetry, Flying Nun, dance music, indie, rock, metal, folk and the Metservice coastal weather forecast.
