Adrian Whelan

This month’s special guest, on Sunday 24 August at 3pm, is Adrian Whelan, singer, songwriter, one-third of folk-rock trio Turkey The Bird and, more recently, theatre actor in the Irish tragi-comedy Stones In His Pockets, where he and one other actor played 15 different roles between them.

Join us for an afternoon of fine acoustic music, as Adrian brings his storytelling and seasoned musicianship to the stage with a mix of heartfelt originals and a few favourite covers.
As usual at Folk @ The Fitz, the first half will feature invited floor singers. Adrian will perform the entire second half.
