The Most Means Music !

Taranaki's community and alternative radio station playing a great mix of Kiwi and International Sounds.

The Most is operated by the Taranaki FM Trust, a registered charitable trust, relying on the time and effort of many volunteers and helpers.
Our aim is to provide a community based, semi commercial alternative to main stream radio that focuses on a progressive mix of New Zealand and International music to listeners in Taranaki.  We have regular breakfast and drive shows weekdays, and a huge range of volunteer shows in evenings and weekends that cover many musical genres.
 
We try and keep advertising to a minimum, averaging under 4 minutes advertising per hour.  We need to meet our operational costs e.g. staff, broadcasting fees etc from advertising and sponsorship revenues, but rely on grants and donations for equipment upgrades and expansion.
You can help! Get the word out there that we are on-air at 100.4 FM all across Taranaki, and at 88.3 FM in Oakura.

Brewery with food, live music

(including an Oompah band),

games and competitions and,

of course, beer! Ticket includes

bus ride from NP - mikes.
